Okay, here are some of the common basic codes you might need during your browsing around this place.

Posting images:
Host your image to a website such as Photobucket or Imageshack, both of which are free. Once uploaded, you will notice Image tag link which begind in [img_]* and ends in [/img_]*. Copy that and paste in into your post and voila! If you can't find the [img_] link, ...
